En N1, les Niortais ont fait de leur mieux pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 l\u2019ogre Romans, qui alignait notamment Konstantinopoulos (n\u00b0 111 fran\u00e7ais) et Glod (n\u00b0 34). Malgr\u00e9 le grand \u00e9cart de niveau, les Niortais poussaient les Dr\u00f4mois \u00e0 la belle \u00e0 quatre reprises, mais ne convertissaient qu\u2019un seul simple, celui de Nicolas Blandin (n\u00b0 557) contre Hubli (n\u00b0 320) 11-6. La recrue argentine, Alexis Orencel (n\u00b0 250), n\u2019a pas eu la m\u00eame r\u00e9ussite en chutant 11-9 dans l\u2019ultime manche face \u00e0 Bourse (n\u00b0 245), apr\u00e8s avoir men\u00e9 2-0.
